Go into the construction building and kill the enemy inside.
When you get off of the helicopter you run through the opening in the wall and shoot the 2 enemies behind the barricade and thenn yake cover behind it and shooot or gernade the remaning enemies.
You cant explain how to pass the helicopter part at the start so here it is from when you get off the helicopter.
